At Pines, worship is the heart of our life together. It’s a place and time for being with God and for connecting with one another. We hear God’s Word to us, are nourished at God’s table, offer back to God our prayers, praises and blessings and connect with each other as brothers and sisters in Christ.

Pines offers two worship services each Sunday morning, at 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m., in our Sanctuary. Our worship services have a traditional feeling and are accompanied by organ and piano. Inspiring, real-life, Biblically grounded sermons from our pastors open the Word of God for us while lively contributions from our choir, orchestra, bell choir, children’s choir – all volunteer musicians – help enhance our time of worship.

The “Gathering for Children” during the 11:00 service is an opportunity for children, ages 4 years to 4th grade, to come forward to hear a lesson and share a prayer, after which they are invited to follow the Acolytes to Room W-13 and participate in an inspiring experience of worship called “Godly Play”. Questions? Ushers, greeters, pastors and child care workers are here to help you and your little ones feel comfortable at Pines.

Need Assistance? Large print bulletins, hymnals and Bibles, and assisted hearing devices are available just outside the sanctuary doors in the Narthex should you need them.  Don’t hesitate to ask an Usher for assistance.

Coffee Fellowship is held each Sunday between the two worship services (10:30 a.m.) in the Fellowship Hall. All are welcome to come, enjoy some refreshments and connect with friends new and old.
